– Client can post their return within 7 days of receiving their item. No return/exchange is valid after this period.
– Unfortunately, no sale items can be returned, exchanged or refunded.
– Item/s should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained.
– For hygienic purposes, Bodysuits/Swimwear/Hair Accessories/Accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please be sure to choose the correct size/item. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us.
– Item/s can be returned for store credit only. By purchasing on this website you confirm and accept and agree to this term.
– Client responsible for the cost of return postage. Our team will arrange collection and the amount will be debited from store credit.
– Once the item is received in the recommended condition, store credit will be emailed to the client via coupon code to use with the next order which will be valid for 3 months from receipt.
– Store credit expire after 3 months unless prior arrangements are made with the team.
– Store credit will be equal to the amount of the item returned minus return postage cost.
– Postage/Courier costs cannot be returned/refunded.
– Please note that by completing a purchase on www.prettyjaneshop.com you agree and confirm to the above conditions with regards to exchanges/returning of items.

We kindly ask to ensure that the contact person on the shipping details provided when placing an order will collect the parcel him/herself. Should you advise courier company to leave your parcel at reception or with someone else, please note that this is at your own risk.
